Shipping Policy

Shipping: 
  • Orders usually shipped out from Monday-Saturday.
  • Non-customized orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders contain customized products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
  • Wholesale/bulk customized/personalized orders will be shipped out within 7-10 days after purchase.
  • All orders will be shipped out via USPS/UPS/FedEx depending on your location.
  • Shipping delay note: shipping carriers may be experience shipping delay due to various factors. When the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control and we can't guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated time frame. 
  • Please make sure your shipping address is valid to prevent mail loss and make sure your package gets to you in a timely manner.
  • If you haven't received your package but tracking number says "delivered", we apologize because this is out of our control. Please check with your neighbor, family member, and any potential spot outside your residence. Sometimes, the tracking numbers say “delivered” but packages don’t show up until several days later. While waiting, you can also try to contact your local mail carriers because they can help you track the GPS coordinates of where the package was last scanned and delivered.
  • Please note: Customers need to provide a safe place for mail delivery, therefore, we’re not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Return/Replacement:

  • We do not allow return on customized products
  • We accept return on other products within 14 days after receipt of the package, the product needs to be in original condition/packaging.
  • Please contact us immediately if you’ve received a damaged product so we can help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
